Friday night we (when I say we I mean JP) grilled steak, onions, corn, and asparagus. It was so good! For dessert we had tiramisu which was just as yummy!
Saturday morning we woke up and went hiking at Moss Rock. Moss Rock is our favorite new place to go hiking.
After hiking for 2.5 hours we drove to Warrior (which is about 30 minutes away) to meet my parents and grandmother, who happened to be in town, for lunch. Why did we drive 30 minutes to eat? Well, for only one of the best BBQ places in the Birmingham area!
My dad has been raving about Big Daddy's BBQ and JP had been dying to eat there. Big Daddy's is definitely a hole in the wall which usually means good food. And, yes, Big Daddy's food was very good! Although JP enjoyed the meat the best I must say my slice of peanut butter pie was my favorite!
